Accompanying Orr Shalom Children

Some Orr Shalom children can only meet their biological parents in the presence of social workers in a neutral location. We need volunteers to accompany the children to and from these weekly meetings to ensure not only that they arrive and return safely, but also to hold the children's hands before and after these meetings.

Other Orr Shalom children need to be accompanied by an adult to therapy sessions outside their home. When a foster family has more than one child, volunteers make a significant contribution by taking and returning the children to these sessions.
