Orr Shalom Corporate Volunteering Opportunities

More and more companies are asking us to organize group volunteer opportunities for their workers in one of Orr Shalom's programs. From our perspective this is a wonderful opportunity which rewards both the workers and the children. Teva and El Al have begun working with us, and their staff have formed an impressive connection with the children are devoted to their welfare. They meet on a regular basis with the children, and run activities that have been planned in advance with the Orr Shalom staff: for example candle-lighting during Chanukah, helping around the house, cooking, design, horse-riding and other outings. "It's not a cliché," said one of the volunteers. "I really feel I'm taking more than I'm giving."
