Naomi Liberman

Naomi Liberman is the Vice President at Orr Shalom.  Prior to her current position, Naomi was the Executive Director for US Partnerships at the Rashi Foundation. There she led the expansion of Rashi Foundation's partner’s base, significantly increased partnership revenues, as well as recruited and cultivated high net worth partners throughout North America.

Before joining Rashi, Naomi returned to Israel after 16 years in the US during which time she established and headed Haifa University American Society’s Western regional office.  Prior to that, Naomi was part of the West Coast office of the Jewish Agency for Israel, where she managed relations between Jewish Federations and donors, focusing on Israeli and Russian donors in the US.

Naomi comes to nonprofit world from the business world, she worked for many years as a marketing consultant to many of the world largest airlines.

Naomi received her law degree from the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel, and she is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.  She holds an MBA from NYU, and served in an elite intelligence unit of the IDF – 8200.

Tali Halaf

Vice President for Therapeutic Services

Tali Halaf has served as the Director of Orr Shalom’s Foster Central program since March 2008. She is responsible for managing the Foster Central program, which cares for 850 children living with 560 foster families, and for the Therapeutic Foster program, which cares for 120 children living with 70 foster families. She has worked in senior foster-related management positions since 1991.

Tali holds a B.A. in Social Work from the Hebrew University and an M.S.W. with Honors from Bar Ilan University.

Ronit Adler

Director of Foster Central Program

Ronit has been a social worker for the past 20 years. she cares and treats children, couples and families. Her reach background includes many years working with youth at risk.

Ronit has been part of the foster world for the past 14 years - as a foster trainer, manger of the foster program and the head of staff.

Through the years, Ronit has been an integral part of Orr Shalom's foster program from the early stages of interviewing potential individuals through to running seminars for foster parents.

Ronit  is responsible for managing the Foster Central program, which cares for 850 children living with 560 foster families, and for the Therapeutic Foster program, which cares for 120 children living with 70 foster families.

Efrat Levi - Shavit

Director of Therapeutic Foster Program 

Efrat Levi has served as the Director of Orr Shalom’s Therapeutic Foster program since 2008. Previously, she worked for six years as a social worker on the program. She holds a B.A. in Social Work from the Hebrew University and an M.A. in Social Work from the Hebrew University.

Yair Medallion

Director of Adolescents & Graduates Program

Yair created and has managed the framework for graduates in Orr Shalom since 2013. He works with the management and program staff across the organization to prepare and  support our graduates after the age of 18. The program works to prepare the teens for life after the formal care arrangements in Orr Shalom, and to guide them through the huge adjustment to independent living.

Yair has held a number of positions in social welfare organizations, including managing a national program for the charity 'Tapuach' which aims to use technology to reduce social inequality. Before that, Yair worked for the Youth Protection Authority as the emergency response director for homeless youth. He also managed the mobile units for the Elem organization which helps youth who are on the streets at night.

Yair has a degree in Social Work from the University of Tel Aviv, and a Masters in Organizational Consultancy from Bar Ilan University.

Stacy Yehoshua

<span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 16pt">Stacy is a senior clinical psychologist and is qualified to train psychologists. She  has a private practice and specializes in treating emotionally disturbed children and adolescents at risk, victims of sexual assault, people with borderline personality disorders and other areas.</span>

<span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 16pt">Stacy manages a team of 16 clinical psychology students, 5 qualified clinical psychologists, 8 senior clinical psychologists and 2 art therapists.</span>
